Four Calculators, No Email Wall.

The arithmetic behind the four decisions fleet operators and resellers actually have to defend to a finance director. Every formula is shown; every assumption is yours to change.

Why there is no email gate

The standard pattern in this industry is to compute the answer, blur it, and ask for a work email. It generates a list, and the list is mostly people who wanted a number and gave a fake address to get one.

These give the answer first. If the figure that comes out is interesting enough to act on, you know where we are — and a conversation that starts with "this calculator said X, is that right?" is worth considerably more to us than a captured email address.

The assumptions are arguable on purpose

Every input is editable, including the ones that make the case for buying from us look worse. The ROI calculator will happily tell you a deployment does not pay back. The build-vs-buy calculator will tell you to build if your numbers say so. A tool that only ever produces one conclusion is marketing dressed as arithmetic, and buyers recognise it.

Where a default is genuinely contested — fuel saving percentages, idle burn rates, maintenance gains — the page says so and explains where the number comes from, so you can replace it with your own rather than trusting ours.

If a result surprised you in either direction, that is the useful conversation. Send it to us or message us on WhatsApp.

Reasonable Questions

Do I have to give an email to use these?

No. Every calculator gives its answer immediately, nothing is stored, and nothing is sent anywhere. A tool that demands contact details before showing a number gets closed rather than filled in.

Are the default numbers realistic?

They are mid-range figures for a commercial fleet in this region, chosen to be defensible rather than flattering. They are also all editable, and you should edit them — your own numbers will always beat our estimates.

Do these work without JavaScript?

They show the worked example rather than nothing. The default answer is written into the page itself, so with scripting disabled you still get a complete calculation you can follow; scripting only makes it interactive.

Can I use these in a proposal to my own client?

Yes. Partners and resellers are welcome to use them, and if you want an unbranded version for a proposal document, ask and we will provide one.

Numbers Pointing Somewhere Interesting?

Send us what came out. We will tell you honestly where the assumptions are optimistic before you build a business case on them.
