Every Fleet Is Different. The Reports Prove It.

The same 49 modules, configured around what each sector measures. A waste contractor and a cold chain distributor need almost nothing in common beyond a map.

Six Operations, Six Sets of Questions

Each page covers the workflows that matter in that sector and the metrics worth measuring — not a generic feature list with the industry name changed.

The Same Platform, Different Questions

What each sector is actually trying to find out.

The question each sector needs answered
SectorThe question that justifies the projectThe unit that matters
LogisticsIs today’s plan still achievable?Drops per vehicle per day
ConstructionWhich machines are working, not just running?Engine and PTO hours
Cold chainCan we prove this consignment stayed in range?Minutes outside threshold
RentalIs the contract being honoured?Utilisation and mileage
WasteCan we prove the route was run?Points serviced per route
PassengerDid everyone who boarded get off?Boarding and alighting matched

What these pages are, and what they are not

They describe two things: how each sector actually operates, and which parts of the platform address that. Both are things we can state accurately — the operational detail from working in these industries, the product capability from the 49 modules the platform ships with.

What they deliberately do not contain is customer case studies. We will not publish client names, outcomes or figures we have not been given permission to use and cannot verify — a standard this site has already had to enforce on itself once. A named case study with a real baseline and a real result is worth more than every page in this section, and it is the gap we would rather name than fill with invention.

Configuration is where the sector fit actually happens

The modules do not change between industries. What changes is which are switched on, how thresholds are set, who receives which alert, and what the reports say — and that configuration is most of the difference between a platform that feels built for your operation and one that feels adapted to it.

It is also where deployments quietly fail. A cold chain alerting model applied to a waste fleet produces noise; a European idling threshold applied in a Gulf summer produces a mutiny. Sector knowledge is largely knowing which defaults to throw away.

If your sector is not here

Corporate fleets, utilities, security patrols, agriculture, airport ground handling and oil-field services all run on the same platform and are all sectors we are asked about. Six pages is where the demand is concentrated, not where the capability ends. Describe the workflow and we will tell you plainly which parts apply and which do not.

Describe your operation rather than asking for a feature list — it is a faster route to a useful answer. Book a sector demo or message us on WhatsApp.

Common Questions

My sector is not listed. Does the platform still fit?

Almost certainly. These six are the operations we are asked about most in this region, not the limit of what the platform handles — corporate fleets, utilities, security patrols, agriculture and airport ground handling all run on the same modules. Describe the workflow and we will tell you which parts apply.

Do you customise the platform per industry?

The modules are the same; what differs is which are enabled, how alerting is tuned and what the reports say. That configuration is genuinely sector-specific and it is most of what makes a deployment feel built for you rather than adapted.

Why are there no customer case studies on these pages?

Because we will not publish client results we cannot verify and have not been given permission to use. The workflows described here are real product capability; the named case studies are a gap we would rather admit than fill with invention.

Which sector sees the fastest return?

Usually whichever has the largest measurable recurring loss — fuel in construction, failed deliveries in logistics, utilisation in rental. The fastest return is not a property of the sector so much as of which number you can already put a figure on.
